  • Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a flat rate of $6.00 for deliveries within the USA.
  • Delivery Services: Most orders are shipped via USPS, but some may be shipped with UPS or delivered in person, depending on the zip code. Check your order confirmation email for tracking information.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 3-5 business days. Please note that transit times may be impacted during holidays and peak seasons.

Return Policies Coffee and Macadamia Products
  • Reporting Issues: If you have any issues with your coffee or macadamia nuts, or if there is a problem with receiving your order, contact us at Support@exilior.com within 15 days of your order being marked as “Delivered.”
  • No Returns: Due to the perishable nature of coffee and macadamia nuts, we cannot accept returns. However, we will resolve delivery issues for missing, damaged, or stolen products.
Merchandise
  • Return Eligibility: We accept returns of defective or unworn apparel and merchandise. Please provide the reason for the return in your email.
  • Return Shipping Costs: We do not refund return shipping costs, but we will accept returns or exchanges of unused items within 15 days of delivery. During holiday seasons, we extend the return window to 30 days to accommodate gift returns.
Damaged Items

  • Documentation: If your item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the exterior of the package and the damage to the inside. This information is needed to communicate with our shipping partners.
